Oyster Spawn

123 - Pleurotus ostreatus
- Strain 123 produces a dense fruit with a large, deep grey
colored cap. These mushrooms possess nice shelf life.
124 - Pleurotus ostreatus - Strain
124 has a light grey to white cap and is a very prolific producer,
easy to cultivate.
126 - Pleurotus pulmonarius - Strain
126 has a rich chocolate brown colored cap and tends to grow
in smaller clusters.
140 - Pleurotus cornucopiae var. citrino-pileatus
- Strain 140 generates prolific clusters of lemon-yellow caps
with bright white gills. |
Pre-Spawned Oyster Bags
We offer an easy to handle 22 lb. fully colonized oyster bag
ready to fruit. Spawned with our most popular varieties of Pleurotus
and incubated under stringently controlled conditions.

Supplements

were developed through extensive R&D followed by on-farm
trials in a variety of growing systems and compost types. To
meet Lambert’s tough standards, we selected only the highest
quality domestic materials to meet our requirements for protein,

are produced and processed in the U.S. and contain no animal
